The Vision to Lead

Tony Ferrero | Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Tony Ferrero is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Clearwater Living. With 30 years of commercial, residential and senior living experience, Mr. Ferrero was inspired to create a company whose primary objective is to make its residents, their families and associates feel relevant and part of the community in which they live.

Utilizing his vast experience in real estate investments, development, marketing and operations, he founded Clearwater Living in 2011. Focused on enriching the quality of life for our residents, Mr. Ferrero is committed in providing beautifully appointed communities, unprecedented services and care practices that improve the daily lives of Clearwater’s residents.

He has personally been involved in the design of over 8,500 senior housing units across the United States in a variety of service-oriented communities, including active adult, independent living, assisted living and memory care. Mr. Ferrero takes pride in the fact that each community in which he’s been involved, has been uniquely designed to best complement and serve the needs of the larger neighborhood and community. Today, Mr. Ferrero continues to be passionate about enhancing the lives of our residents through the continuous improvement and innovation of Clearwater’s communities and the services provided therein.

Mr. Ferrero holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, a Certificate of Real Property Development and Management, and degrees in Political Science and Communications from the University of Southern California.

Danielle Morgan | President & Chief Operating Officer

Danielle Morgan serves as the President of Clearwater Living. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she is honored to have served over 10,000 seniors residing in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing communities.

Growing up in a family-owned business instilled the importance of quality customer service for Ms. Morgan, as it is the key differentiator between exceptional, bad and indifferent. Building on that foundation, she is passionate in leading and developing a work force that takes great pride in providing high quality service that has a long-lasting impact on the lives of seniors and their families.

At an early age, Ms. Morgan developed a genuine appreciation and love for working with older adults when she completed a volunteer project as a Girl Scout. In high school, she landed her first job for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) as a Server in the Independent Living dining room. It was then that she knew for certain, working in the senior living industry was her calling.

She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Long Term Health Care from Ohio University, and a MBA from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. She also holds a current Nursing Home Administrator license.

Over the course of her career, Morgan has held numerous leadership roles, and has taken an active role within senior housing industry associations. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors as treasurer for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA), and a member of the Executive Board for the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA).
